We provide optional real-time voice chat in multiplayer lobbies and in-game using the Vivox (Unity) voice service. To enable voice chat we request access to your device’s microphone. Microphone access is used only for live audio transmission to other players when you join a voice channel.
What we collect and why
– Live audio (voice) — collected only when you enable and join voice chat. This audio is transmitted to other participants in the same voice channel so you can speak with them in real time. We do not record or store voice chat on our servers by default. If voice recording or storage is enabled for moderation or debugging, we will clearly state that in-app and in this policy.
Third-party processing
– Voice audio is transmitted through and processed by Vivox (Unity). Vivox/Unity may process audio for routing and optional features (quality, transcription, moderation) according to their privacy policies. User controls and consent
– Voice chat is optional. You must explicitly join/enable voice chat to transmit audio. You can mute/unmute your microphone and mute speakers in the game UI at any time. You can also disable voice chat entirely in Settings. If you do not grant microphone permission or you disable voice chat, you will still be able to play all game modes that do not require voice.
Data retention, sharing, and security
– We do not use voice audio for advertising. We only share voice data with Vivox/Unity as necessary to provide the voice functionality. If any voice data is recorded or retained (for safety/moderation), we will state the retention period here and make it available to you upon request. All sensitive data transmissions are protected using industry standard encryption when in transit.
Children
– If you believe your child has provided us voice recordings without parental consent, contact us to request deletion (advox01@gmail.com). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under applicable age limits beyond what is required to play the game.
