Pachisi Account Delete Request

If you want your Pachisi / Desi Ludo account permanently deleted, you can request removal here. We will delete your account and all associated personal data from our systems as described below.

How to request deletion

Please complete the deletion form on this page with the following information:

  • Username (the display name you use in the game) — required

  • Player ID / Custom Player ID — required if available

  • Email address — optional (if you provide an email we will send confirmation and proof of deletion)

After you submit the form we will verify the request (see Verification below) and then remove the account and associated data.

What we will delete

When we process your verified deletion request we will permanently delete the following data associated with the account:

  • Account record and login credentials (username and stored account entries).

  • Gameplay data (coins, points, wins/losses, match history, and in-game statistics).

  • Custom Player ID and any user-identifying tags stored in your profile.

  • Device identifiers we stored for that account (for example: device ID or other device identifiers).

In short — your entire user profile and all playable-data tied to your account will be removed.

What may be retained (limited exceptions)

To ensure security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations, we may temporarily retain limited server logs and backups that reference the account. These retained records are used only for fraud prevention, debugging, or legal compliance and will not be used for advertising or profiling.

  • Retention period for logs/backups: up to 90 days (temporary). Primary user data and profile records are removed as described above; only operational logs/backups may remain for a short period.

Timeframe

  • We will begin processing your deletion request as soon as we verify ownership.

  • Primary account data and profile items will be deleted promptly, generally completed within 30 days.

  • Any server backups or logs that must be retained for technical or legal reasons will be purged within 90 days.

Verification

To protect user privacy, we may need a small amount of information to verify you are the owner of the account before we delete it. This may include:

  • Username (required) and Player ID (if known).

  • Optionally, a screenshot from the logged-in app showing the username or Player ID.

If you provide an email address in the form, we will use it to confirm and communicate about the deletion request.

How you’ll know the deletion is complete

  • After deletion you will no longer be able to log in using the deleted username / credentials. Attempting to log in will fail.

  • If you provided an email address, we can send a confirmation email and, upon request, a screenshot of internal confirmation showing the profile removal (redacted as needed for security).

  • If you did not provide an email address, you can confirm deletion by attempting to log in; if login is refused, your account has been removed.

If you change your mind

Once your account is fully deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you want to keep the account, please do not submit a deletion request.

  • Optional: email (so we can send confirmation/proof)

  • Optional: short note or screenshot to help verify ownership

Response and support

  • We will reply to requests submitted using the deletion form. If you included an email address, we will reply there.

  • Our typical acknowledgement response time is within 3 business days; full deletion is usually completed within 30 days after verification.
